| The present mill was built in the 18th Century, but there are records of working mills around here in the Doomsday Book. Although no longer a working mill, the race continues to rush under the milling floor - now the dining room - and a partly glazed floor allows guests to enjoy the sights and sounds of the millrace as they eat. |
